Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened body-care products cannot be returned.

Start with the Discovery Set if you're unsure. Fragrance develops differently on every person, so we recommend wearing each sample for several hours before deciding.

Longevity depends on skin, environment, application, and composition. Eau de parfum generally remains noticeable for several hours.

Serein House does not test finished products on animals.
